Flight Panels has released three Stream Deck profiles for the iniBuilds Airbus A380 Airliner (MSFS 2024), where, as with previous releases, you can control the aircraft’s various systems and camera views from compatible Stream Deck devices.
The Belfast-based developer, who specialises in Stream Deck integrations for flight simulators, has created three profiles: an Aircraft Profile (Systems), a dedicated Autopilot Profile, and an enhanced “AeroLens Pro” camera tool for controlling cameras. Similar offerings exist for the iniBuilds A300 and A350.
Aircraft Profile
The “Aircraft Profile”, according to Flight Panels, contains more than 850 custom-designed buttons across 33 pages. These should cover most of the A380’s cockpit functions, such as overhead, navigation, communication, lighting, and autopilot. Each button, although digitally represented on the Stream Deck, is designed to represent its real-world counterpart.
The profile comes with 15-key and 32-key layouts, supporting the Stream Deck XL, MK.2, Stream Deck Mobile, and Corsair Xeneon Edge.
Autopilot Profile
This profile is designed for the Stream Deck + and uses its rotary dials, buttons, and touchscreen to control the autopilot panel, with real-time feedback for airspeed, heading, altitude, vertical speed, and radio frequencies. Live airspeed and altitude graphs are also displayed, which you control using the rotary dials.
AeroLens Pro Enhanced
The third release provides control over different camera views, tailored for recording videos or streaming. The profile includes 24 custom camera positions for the A380, such as upper- and lower-deck views, wings, engines, and landing gear, according to Flight Panels’ press release.
The profile is compatible with the Stream Deck XL, Stream Deck Mobile, and Corsair Xeneon Edge.
All three products are available on the Flight Panels website. They are sold separately, priced between $19,91 USD (£15 GBP) and $33,19 USD (£25 GBP). You also need a compatible Stream Deck device for these to work.
