FSimUK 2026 (Flight Simulator UK) is inaugurating tomorrow, at Aerospace Bristol, on Saturday, Oct. 10, the first major flight simulation event in the United Kingdom for quite some time.

In this article, you can find a cheat sheet of the expected big announcements, as well as an overview of what is going on throughout the weekend.

The two-day event has attracted quite a notable cross-section of the industry.

MOZA and iniBuilds are both so-called Platinum Sponsors, and FlyByWire Simulations, FlightSim Studio, X-Plane, Thrustmaster, Miltech Simulations, Aerosoft, BeyondATC, Just Flight, RowsFire, SKALARKI, MobiFlight, Tobii, and several other developers and hardware manufacturers are also present.

Like the two other major flight sim events, FSExpo and FSWeekend, FSimUK also has an official floor plan and an FSElite Stage, where most announcements and seminars will be held.

For those staying at home, most of the news will be announced on Saturday, from the John James Theatre, where live media coverage is planned on both Saturday and Sunday.

iniBuilds Will Reveal New Project(s)

Likely one of the larger exhibitors, iniBuilds has spent the past week teasing Oct. 10 as a date when new things will be revealed, which is the Saturday FSimUK 2026 is running on.

The developer is scheduled to give a short update on the stage at 1030Z, and has separately said it plans to showcase some of its latest projects, give a behind-the-scenes look, and make other announcements.

iniBuilds has previously released a cryptic image, related to FSimUK 2026, which features an iniBuilds-branded FBO (Fixed-Base Operator) reception desk, in other words, a privately operated airport that mostly caters to general aviation, corporate fleets, charter flights, and private pilots.

At FlightSimExpo earlier this year, iniBuilds teased a new project from the same airport and later discussed it on their forums and social media; the project appears to be a Bombardier Global 6000.

It is important to stress that iniBuilds has not yet officially announced a Global 6000. However, the original image gave much of it away (including the aircraft registration), making it sufficiently clear that this was on the horizon.

Exactly what iniBuilds plans to announce remains unconfirmed, and the developer has also indicated that more than one announcement is planned during the weekend.
