iniBuilds Releases Addis Ababa Bole for MSFS 2024

iniBuilds has released Addis Ababa Bole International Airport (IATA: ADD, ICAO: HAAB) today, the developer’s fourth major African airport release.

Addis Ababa is the capital and largest city of Ethiopia, with a population of 6,287,000. It is the highest capital in Africa by elevation.

The airport is home to Ethiopian Airlines and offers connections to Africa, Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the American continents.

Thanks to its high elevation (over 7,600 feet), the airport can be a challenge to operate out of and has slimmer margins than many other airports in its class.

According to iniBuilds, the airport offers a “highly detailed recreation”. It has been supported by an on-site reference trip, allowing the team to take close-up photographs and collect reference material, which helps depict the airport accurately.

iniBuilds says they have built detailed terminal interiors and exteriors, custom ground textures, custom airport equipment, an apron environment, and various surrounding infrastructure, as well as custom day and night lighting.
